We recently had BW Granite Design replace all of the stone in our home, including our kitchen island, countertops, backsplash, and bathroom vanity, using Taj Mahal quartz, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

From start to finish, the process was smooth, organized, and surprisingly fast. The crew worked cleanly, paid attention to every detail, and the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations.

A special thank you to Fred for making the entire process easy and always being available to answer our questions. We’d also like to thank Jesus, who came to our home to take all the measurements and made sure every detail was captured accurately before fabrication. His attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence from the beginning.

Update:

After receiving the company’s response—which I do appreciate, even though I disagree—I feel it’s necessary to clarify my position further.
We were assured multiple times throughout the process that the veining in the marble would align properly. When the installation was completed, it was immediately obvious that the lines did not match. I raised this concern right away. The response I received at the time was essentially that nothing further could be done.
During the initial installation of the bottom piece, it became clear that there was a breakdown in communication. The project manager or fabricator did not properly convey the intended pattern alignment to the installer. Because the piece had already been secured to the fireplace, I was told the only option was to purchase two additional slabs (with the company did pay for) to attempt a correction.
However, when those additional pieces were fabricated, they were cut differently than the original, which resulted in the mismatched appearance shown in the photo. This only reinforced my concern that the pattern alignment was not handled correctly from the start.
Regarding the owner’s comment about being surprised by this review six years later—I find that surprising as well. The issue with the mismatched lines has been visible since day one, and it remains unresolved.
I stand by my original assessment. The project was not completed to the standard that was promised, and the resolution offered at the time—essentially that nothing more could be done—left the job unfinished in my view.

For six years, I have been deciding whether or not to write this review. We Had BW install marble on our fireplace going up 20 feet. When I first met with them and throughout the process, I Told them that I wanted everything to match up and they Assured me that they have a state of the Art fabrication facility and they can make this work no problem.

As you can see in the picture, it looks like a hack job. The people here at this company are very nice, but the Fabricator at BW facility either didn’t know what he was doing or didn’t care.

Every time I look at this, it makes me cringe thinking about the money that I paid for a hack job like this. It seems as if based on their reviews, they do a very good job and I’m sure they do for countertops. But I would not recommend them for any type of wall structures.

We are now taking it down, which is a lot of money to do so and starting over. If the job was done correctly, I wouldn’t be in this situation hence the review. Super frustrating

After ditching my nightmare contractor and his granite guy, I found BW Granite Design on Facebook Marketplace (of all places)! I’m so glad I did - I could not be happier with our outdoor kitchen countertops. I worked directly with Moises the whole time and he was fantastic. He was responsive, punctual, prepared, and overall just really on top of things. Their pricing was also fair and the quality was great. A few different teams handled sales, measuring, and installation, but every single person executed their part flawlessly. The countertops came out exactly how I envisioned, even with all the special details I requested. This was the one part of my renovation that actually went perfectly! Huge thank you to Moises, Jesus, and team. I will definitely use you again!

We recently completed a kitchen remodeling project and worked with Emma from BW Granite — and honestly, she was the main reason we chose to go with this company. Emma was extremely professional and instrumental throughout the process. She patiently answered all of our “what if” questions, and her design sense and communication skills were outstanding.

After working with Emma, the rest of the BW Granite team continued to impress us. The measurement team came on time and did their job with great precision. On installation day, the countertop team worked efficiently and the results exceeded our expectations. The next day, their quality control team came to add the final touches — they even polished and refined areas we hadn’t noticed at all, making the countertops shine beautifully.

From design to quality control, every step of the process was smooth and professional. We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and excellent service.

We recently had our kitchen remodeled and worked with BW Granite for our countertops. From start to finish, our experience was excellent. Steve was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. The team came out to take precise measurements and quickly scheduled the installation.

On the day of installation, the crew arrived early in the morning and completed what we consider a fairly large kitchen project by the afternoon. All the necessary cuts for the sink and backsplash were done outside, with no mess inside the house. They also took the time to clean up thoroughly before leaving both in front of the house and inside.

We were also impressed with their pricing and customer service. It was clear that customer satisfaction is a priority for them. We’re very happy with the results and highly recommend BW Granite to anyone looking for quality work and professional service.
